Homework and Announcements - Week 11 (October 20-24, 2014)

DONATIONS:  We are in need of the following items.  Please donate if you can.  Thank you!
  1.  Hand sanitizer - 3 large bottles.
  2.  Paper towels.

10/24 - Lombardi Ranch field trip.  Parents who are chaperoning need to drive themselves to our destination.  I highly recommend carpooling.  The following parents are chaperoning on this trip:  Lucas Brower, Doris Dunlavey, Greg Moore, Kristina Ragaza, and Mark Saxon.

10/25 - Carnival of the Howling Wolves

10/31 - Halloween Parade

 We are starting a new unit in our Treasures reading program next week - Transportations.  Please have your child bring in a picture of any form of transportation.

As your child is doing homework, please make sure he/she is forming the letters or numbers correctly - top to bottom and from left to right. Thank you!

Please remember to log in after you read to or after your child reads to you. Every 100 minutes read, your child will earn one bead to go on his/her reading chain.
Clear plastic envelopes with corrected work and tests are sent home on Fridays. Please make sure to go over the work with your child and return the empty envelope on Mondays. If your child needs to complete any incomplete work, please have them do so and put it back inside the envelope. Thank you!

Homework and Announcements - Week 9 (October 6 - 10, 2014)

2.  Empty gallon size milk bottles.

• 10/24 - Lombardi Ranch field trip.  We will need 5 parent volunteers for this trip.  A sign-up sheet will be up in front of our classroom on Friday, October 10th.  It will be first come, first served.
